Memory Usgae

Hi, I have had a system written for me, what happens is every time a new customer is created, another instance of FMS.exe is started, and what is happening it is using a lot of the RAM - about 80-120Mb per customer - now this isnt people connected to this customer listening, its just the customers music ready to be listened to.

Now, should there be a FMS.exe for each customer and should it use so much RAM?
