Millisecond timestamp precision in FMS logs

Is it possible? This is for statistics monitoring.

    I checked all relevant fields in Logger.xml and it looks like that as of now FMS does not support such logging. I will still see if there is any other way we can achieve but not so sure about.  Will keep you updated.
