We are going to cover a live event. We have arranged a Axis camera
[Q6035-e-PTZ], which will provide us HD H.264 video feed, and
audio-module Axis p8221 with audio feed.

Is it possible with AMS to synchronize them and mix to one
mixed audio/video stream?

Could not find a thread about this subject with the forum search.

Thanks in advance.

Why are you using a Axis p8221? The Q6035 & Q6036E can be outfitted with the audio dongle in which the Camera will Interleave Audio and Video together. It actually has two way audio as well.  I use the Q6035 in my porjects as well. Maybe we can share information about Axis & FMS. ospnlive@gmail.com
