Multiple Content Locations For A Single Application

Is it possible to allocate multiple media locations to a single VOD application? 

I’m about to exceed the 2TB volume limitation of my SAN, yet the quantity of content that needs to be available for a given clients FMS application exceeds that.

Thoughts??
