My Device isn't showing up

my device (Dazzle DVC 150) is not showing up. It will show u inother programs and on my laptop works in this program. I also get an error saying "Please ensure your video capture device is working properly and is not in use."  I have all the drivers. Please Help.

    My DVC150 doesn't work with the Flashplayer or FMLE either. I suspect the driver is not supported.
