need a real simple tutorial for video chat in flash/as3 to embed in site

hi all

i need a real simple tutorial for me to make a 2 way video chat

to make in flash and use as3

i then need to be able embed it into a website ..

This tutorial is in AS2 but the concepts can just be ported over to AS3 quite easily.
