Need help

Hi all,

recently we got the Adobe Flash Media Encoding server, i tried to exploring the options but i struck up with the small problem.

i.e.

when i add the video file (source folder and target folder and i set preset also). all the video file are there on Watch folder am not able to see any files under Active Jobs tab..I don't know why? can u please help me...

    Hi Rai,

    The problem stated by you indicates that the encoding process has not started, however it may be because of many reasons, like, incorrect dongle, corrupt license,service not ruunning, no agents available, no transcoding slots....

    It will be great if you can provide more details, such as log messages & any warning/errors encountered. A screenshot will also help add help in isolating the issue.
