Need to help to start learning FMS

Hello,

I am flex ,AIR and MS.Net developer.

I know java , c , c++ .

I am very much interesting to learn FMS.

Is any one give me start up learning FMS material link which is easy in understanding for beginner and start up prerequisist.

I think there are lots of links and documentation which you can get started on. But best and simplest way would be to watch tutorials by Graeme on http://fmsguru.com/
