NetConnection.Connect.Failed

Question

Hi
i've been trying to run a simple connection test to the
server 
this is where it gets funny, i have FMS2 installed on my
Desktop, which works just fine,
and on my laptop, which keeps giving me a "
NetConnection.Connect.Failed" error message :(
what can be preventing from the calls from flash to be
blocked ?
i even reinstalled FMS but it didn't really help.....
any idea ?
some security issues maby ?

You may have the app set to rtmp:/app or rtmp://localhost/app
but should be rtmp://public ip to server/app or rtmpt://public ip to server:1935/app

Also firewalls and some antivirus or security programs make stop the connection.
