netstream publishing - stretched audio recording

Hi there~
I am new to fms and this forum.
I have a got a problem for months but found no clue to solve.

I made a swf which runs in browser.
It simply plays a mp3, while recording the microphone via fms server (like other karaoke application).

Afterwards, I mix the mp3 and record flv.
The outcome is, initially, the voice and mp3 music are in sync.
However, the voice is getting more & more lag behind the music.
In the end of a 3-minute song, the lag is like 1 sec.

I repeated this test in 5 computers from different locations, 2 of them get this problem, while the other 3 are completely "in sync".

For testing client with positive result, the output flv is of nearly same duration as mp3 (within 30msec difference)
For those with negative result (increasing lag), the output flv duration is longer than mp3 by 1sec or more.

thank you in advance!

FMS server : FMS3
AS : AS2.0
Flash client: latest version 10.0.x.x
Browser : IE6 or IE7 (seems the problem is independent to IE version)

    Hi,

The lag could be due to the audio rate of the mp3 and FLV. I have a similar situation..

Did u manage to save the mixed file? If so, how did you do it - mix the mp3 file and FLV

    Thanks

    Arun
