New Instance button does not do anything

I recently installed Flash Media Server on a Linux machine to test it before buying. The install went smoothly and I was able to connect to the Management Console fine, but when I click on the New Instance button to add an application it does not do anything. Does anyone have any advice on what may not be working or what I can do differently?

    I got the same problem on CentOs 4.3 which is basied on Red Hat Enterprise. Any suggestion is greatly appreciate.

    You need to create an application before you can create an instance of it.

    Create a directory within the FMS Insall Dir/applications directory and try again.
