NEW PHOTO EDITOR

Greetings.

I am a Picasa user and have been for the past several years.  I need to move on, as it is ending.  I need something similar to Picasa, and I am at a loss.  I take pictures all the time and love to make art.  So I need something that creates beauty, can be shared easily to social media and shuttefly.

Please help.
