New to Media Server 5 where to start?

Hi All

I'm working for High School as Tech Support, I have been asked to get a streaming server for users to view the videos in any platform: Windows, Apple, IOS Devices etc....

Is Adobe Media Server 5 the right choice?

Since I will be in charge to configure the server, prepare the videos, managing, design the page, create the player for videos..... etc, IS THERE ANY COURSES AVAILABLE LEARNING ALL THIS?
