No play,pause etc controls

We just started an FMS3 server. The video and audio is working fine to both intranet and our putlic but there are no controls at all. When I "published" the files I selected one of the pre-built skins but when that didn't work the web programmer did his own and that isn't working either. Any ideas?

    What are you using to publish the player? If you're using Flash, and you're using the FLVPlayback component, then Flash will be placing another .swf in your publish directory. The file will be named something along the lines of skinOverAll.swf or something similar. You need to upload that .swf to your server as well.
