No scrubbing with rtmp mp3 files

Hi using JW-player 6.1 and when playing mp3 over rtmp there is no scrubbing.

Mp4 works fine. and even if playing mp3 from other instance than Adobe Media Server.

Is there a setting in AMS that we have missed?

Please help.
