It is free but for use with Adobe Media Server (previously Flash Media Server) only!

It is not allowed to be used with non Adobe media servers. Please check the EULA at http://www.adobe.com/products/eulas/pdfs/FlashMediaLiveEncoder_en_US_20101109_0850.pdf

Thank you for the quick response.

In that case i cant use it on twitch or use it with VHScreenCap for commercial purpose
