Phantom Menace - Live streams not deleting

I'm seeing Live streams in FMS Manager that seem to be left over from disconnected clients, and don't go away until the application closes. I have the normal pairs of publishing streams and live streams (we're streaming the microphone from one user to another.) When we disconnect a client most of the streams go away, but some hang around, and it seems like it's usually from Firefox. So one of the phantom streams looks like this:

Type: Live
Stream Data: (blank)
Is there any way to get rid of these when the client that was publishing disconnects?

    What happens when the page is refreshed? If that doesn't work this might be a bug.
