Play stream button does not appear on AMS Webconsole for a Live Stream. It appears on VOD and other but not for Live How can this be fixed

We would like to launch via the Play Stream button on the AMS Web console but it's not there, We see the Play Stream button for VOD and multicast streamings, but none for Live

Please help us to fix this situation.
