playing partial clip

I completly removed FMS last night and reinstalled it...then i copied the media one at a time and tested it...and everything works fine now.

Im thinking that the reason for the files being messed up is when I copied from my orginal server to my new blade server I used a cheap memory stick and once the stick was full, I didnt disconect media, I just pullled it from the server. My server has always been tempremental when you just pull the memory stick out and not disconnect.

ohh.. thats really strange; BTW, can you share the media file+ scripts you are playing along with its stream name you are using. Also, do you know what is the "another file"(and its name) which is getting played without asking for it.

Its getting stranger...

Some of my clips will continually play without error and some are more messed up than my crazy uncle.

I have a file (about 2 minutes long) that starts to play, you get about 10 seconds into it and it freezes. If you start it back to the begenning and after 2 or 3 seconds, drag the pointer to about the 40 - 50 sec mark, A completly different file will play, drag the pointer again and whoa...there is another file. Im at a lost for this.

seems like their was something mention about this in the last adobe update of fms3...i downloaded and installed..still not working 100%
