Hello!

I've been trying to find a solution for my problem, but really cant find the real one.

Here is my situation:

I have Centos 5.4 Linux dedicated server with WHM (Cpanel).

I installed FMS, and its installation directory is:

opt/adobe/fms

My box has one shared ip + 5 additional ones.

I know that FMS and Apache don't like to share port 80, therefore, I did bind FMS to a specific ip in fms.ini file.

ADAPTOR.HOSTPORT = xxx.142.17.133:1935,80

In WHM, I told Apache to "unbind" from that IP.

I think that this is a perfect setup, but nothing seems to be working.

Where do I start from here? I know that I should copy admin swf file to some other place on machine and test it, which I did, and rtmp is not woking.

I'm confused how to tell fms where are all the sample files, since opt/adobe/fms directory is in my shell, and not binded to any ip.

PLEASE HELP

THANK YOU!!!!!

    Can you try disabling Apache and seeing if FMS behaves as expected here and answers on the IP you want with the ports you want, but not others.  It would be best to establish which side has messed up their configuration , FMS or Apache.

    Everything is working now, thanks to mr-webcam (george). He walked me through necesseary steps in order to get my FMS up and running. Basiclly, orighinal setu-up was fine, I just needed to change permissions on folders live and vod to 777.
