Please help

I have an updated version of Adobe Flash on my computer but yet everytime I go on youtube to download a video a red box comes up inside of the video box displaying some message saying that something is wrong with Adobe Flash. But then the message disappears after a few minutes and I'm still not able to download my videos to Realplayer ( the download box will not pop up above the video anymore ). Can you please help me find out what's wrong.
