Please Help

I am in a situation where I want to send streaming video to FMServer3 along with text.I created an applcation(called Publisher) for that. And I created another application (Viewer) which is used to get live stream from server ,I am successful in streaming video. I want to know how to send text from Publisher to Viewer.
