Chapters list...you mean a navigation to points in a single file?

You may be interested in http://flowplayer.org/

It does "thumbnail lists" which reference points in the video file. Also these points can be referenced either from xml or embedded in the flv itself. see here: http://flowplayer.org/longplay/thumbnails

And its open source, so hack away till you get what you want.

Shoot. Doesn't do a chapters list. It only loads completely videos from an
xml file.

Bummer.

Thanks anyway,
Michelle

Hello Mickey. Yes there is such a component available. You can find it here:
http://components.earthscienceagency.com/components/zoom/

This seems to be one of the better components out there for FLV players and there support is second to none. Several options are also built in such as autoplay, streaming from within the flash file or streaming via an xml file. It's fully customizable as well which is really nice.

Good luck with it...give the demo a shot and you'll see what a great fit this component will be for your needs.

Best,
Kjup
