Problem with security in Media Server

Question

Hello!We have bought Adobe Media Flash Server and installed it on our server but we have problems with it. Our sysadmin had configured server and we tried to play some video but with no luck.Adobe Media Flash Server works perfectly on server where it installed but when we tried to add code of our video to aspx page on our site it doesn't work. We tried all variants for rtmp addresses(internal and external IP addresses) but it didn't help. When we open our site we can see only black box which has hint "Movie not loaded". What can cause this behavior? Can anyone suugest what to do in this situation? Can anyone give some instruction for security configuration? Thank you.

Hi,Make sure whether a RTMP request is actually reaching the FMS server. You can do that by checking the access logs of FMS.If the logs do not suggest a hit, there may be worklow/network issues.Thanks,Shiven
