Problems Viewing You Tube Videos

I recently purchased a Dell XPS 400. I previously had an Inspiron 600m, which I was able to view you tube content. But, with my new system, I get an error on their site telling me that I either need to enable JavaScript or get the latest version of flashplayer. I have both JavaScript enabled, and I have the latest version of flashplayer. I've contacted Dell, and they can't resolve the issue. Please, is their anyone who can help me? I feel like I am going out of my mind with this issue.

    Well, I was at Converse shoes site last night and it wouldn't let me use the interactive version because It said I needed to get the latest version of flash player. I've turned my firewall off before, and it still doesn't work.....

    Hmm... perhaps a firewall issue then? Are you able to connect to other websites serving flash video?

    Just to confirm, what version of Flashplayer do you have running? To find out, right click on any flash object. The major version number of the player will be listed in the context menu.
