Problems with Streaming on serverside

I have a simple application that is streaming recorded videos on server side in sequence (like tv broadcast style), the problem I'm having is when I start the app the video starts then a couple minutes into it the client recieves "NetStream.Play.InsuffientBW", then it unpubishes the video stream.  Rarely does it make it to the next video before cutting off.  I'm currently on a 3T line here so I know I have enough bandwith to watch it and I also streaming a low res video that was encoded at 300kbps.  I'm using FMS 3.0 if that helps.  Any suggestions???

Sounds like a network issue.  Test your simple application locally on the fms server; it will work fine.  Then try it locally on the switch connected to the machine, then move out to the next piece of network equipment and test from there.  Keep going until you identify the network peice that is causing the issue.   Things to look for are firewalls/ proxies/ duplex configurations/ packet loss etc.

Thanks for the response, I'm still trying to figure out this issue.  I noticed that I have better playback when watching the broadcast in a flash player, when watching in a flex video player it stops everytime.  Don't understand why there would be a difference but if anyone knows of a similar issue please help...also I'm streaming from influxis if that helps.
