purchasing FMS interactive

We are coming to the end of our testing our application using the developer version of FMS3, and we are looking to buy the interactive license. I have a problem here as we are not based in the US so our prices are a lot more than our american cousins. Including uk taxes fms3 should cost us $4500 + 787.50 (taxes) = $5287.50 a price we are willing to pay, but because we are in the UK it costs us £3935.08 inc taxes which = $7152. As we are getting an electronic download ( which we do not need, just the license key is needed). Almost $2000 seems a little steep for an email with a few characters!

If I can pretend to be from the US on the order form will our order be honoured? Or are there companies out there that we can use as a middleman/proxy to allow us to pretend to be from the states?

Except that what you asked was if there was anyone willing to help you get around it.

I agree that it may not be fair you have to pay more, but this isn't the place to complain about it. This is not a customer service or support location for Adobe. That's where you need to be asking these questions.

So, what you are asking for is if there is anyone of us out here willing to help you be dishonest and unethical? On a public Adobe forum?

I did not think I was. I thought I was asking a legitimate question, which is, why am I being penalised for where I live? especially as one of the servers where we want to install the software is in the US. As I said in the post, we are more than happy to buy the thing, just why do we have to pay 50% more ? Is that not unethical and dishonest?
