hi all;

i am using as3

i am recoring mic sound using fms. and i am loading and playing an mp3 song from out.

i want while recording my sound + mp3 song sound both should be recorded in fms.

how can i do this?

can i mix my sound whic i am inputing from mic + mp3 song sound which i am loading and playing from outside, and record in fms?

    1st the record audio trough Flash + FMS solution is kind of outdated.

    you can now record mp3 directly from the browser/client without a media server. Check out http://audior.ec .

    2nd here are 2 workarounds to getting your voice+mp3 song in the same mp3 file:

    1. Stereo Mix (the sound that you hear trough speakers also goes to the mic digitally): http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/39532/how-to-enable-stereo-mix-in-windows-7-to-record-audio/

    2. Mic picks up the song from the (loud) speakers  and the voice, well, from you.
