Record webcan Video from Browser to Server

I want access by webcam from a web browser and record the video stream to the server.  I'm not sure what Adobe technologies I need for this, and if there is a tutorial / documentation for this.

I think I need the Adobe Media Server, but it seems like that is only for Steaming Videos out from the server?  Most of the tutorials mention Adobe Live Media Encoder, but that looks like an installed application whereas I need to do it via a browser.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
