Regarding Adobe Media Server 5 Extended AMI available on the AWS Marketplace, does this AMI support the application stack in an auto-scaling configuration?

what do you mean by application stack...if you mean creating a cfn template then yes many customers do create cfn template...However if you mean application repository then sorry we do not have any such thing for AMS as of now.
