Restrict by IP and Domain ?

Hi i run a streaming site, and a user is requesting to watch the stream on Xbox Media Center which has an application that allows RTMP links. It does not have the ability to view the flash web page. I run domain restriction currently, how do i have IP and Domain Restriction ?
IE..

Only people that FMS allows to have viewing the stream are the domain from **EXAMPLES** - google.com and 24.42.41.41
