RTMFP local Record

I need to create a P2P real-time communication video application with flash or Air, the following is my problem:

1, the FMS needs to be placed in the enterprise network, NAT, firewall and other network limit, I need the inside client can create P2P connection with another inside client, and can also do this with an outside client , I head that flashPlayer have to open 1024-65535 UDP port for rtmfp connection? We are not allowed to open all these ports.

2, I need to record local video and the video on RTMFP, or record local video at one end, with the audio mixing recording of the rtmfp audio , is that possible???
