RTMP and webcam publishing stop working until server is restarted

I have an EC2 FMS 4.0 server that periodically stalls forever when users try to connect webcams to RTMP for recording.  When i go to the landing page, I fail to see the RTMP example and the Ineractive sample fails.  This continues until I restart FMS, everything works again.  This did not used to be required until I had to restart the server for a config change.  Any ideas?  I could try upgrading fi this is a known issue but this is an inherited system so I'm hesistant.

You might be experiencing a core crash due to excessive load. What is the instance size you are using? Please share your core, edge and master logs found under /mnt/logs.
