flash media server have this function ???

RTMP authentication provides a means for username and password protecting the RTMP publishing interface into Flash Media Server. Authentication is configured on a per-application.

    This question is briefly covered in "FMS 3.5 Developer's Guide" document (Chapter 5; Authenticate clients section). Maybe this will help . You can find it over the Internet or with/within your FMS installation
