sample_broadcast example problem

hi, im trying to use the sample_broadcast example, but i cant enable the Q&A section.. Can anyone help me, perhaps tell me why its not working..Thats the only part of the example that doesnt work..

I am having the same problem with the sample_broadcast example. Everything appears to work with the exception of the Q & A components.

Has anyone fixed this problem? I can't as well start Q&A section in sample_broadcast example on FMS 2.
