Saving flv/mp3

Hi,

I came to know the flv can be streamed using flash media server.
I want to know can we
- save an input stream from the user on the server?
- can we save mp3 format?

    You can save the stream, but only in FLV format (you can't record an mp3 with FMS). The video will be encoded with Sorenson Spark, and the audio will be encoded with Nellymoser's ASAO.

    - Can I do the same saving etc using mobile.
    - If any how I have to save in mp3 format Please suggest me how can I do this
