Serial Key?

Although I have already entered a help ticket after phoning my way across the sub-continent, I'm posting here because a)I submitted the ticket 4 days ago and have not received a reply nor even a confirmation that my ticket is in a queue, even though I was promised a reply 'within 24hrs' b)although your phone system says 'installation help is available over the phone' all that means is that you can talk to someone who will enter a ticket for you but not provide any actual help and c)no actual support engineers are available to speak with me unless I fork over another $300.

When I enter the serial key via FMS admin console, I receive a message that the key was sent to the server for approval. Then nothing happens. Ever.

What is SUPPOSED to happen when the key is entered? I have also entered the key ion the XML file...

    Thanks Jody.

    Unfortunately, it tells me my key is invalid, although several phone support techs have told me it is valid. I guess I'll wait to see if my ticket is answered...

    Entering a key converts the server from the development edition to either the Interactive Server or the Streaming Server. You should see the key in the Administration Console and you should be able to connect more than 10 clients at a time.

    You can try running the installer again -- the installer asks for your serial key.
