server side stream like a Tv channel

I want to set up a server side stream, and then play a list of flv files over that stream like a tv channel I jave Flash Media Interective Server. I use to do this with WINDOWS MEDIA SERVER but with the FMS3 I haven't been able to do this please I need help.
