Setting Up Flash Media Server 5.0

Hello,

I am currently trying to install and configure flash media Server 5.0.

I am having a difficult time with the 'documentation' I am finding on this site.  Does any one have any 'links' or 'other sites' they could recommend that might help make setting this up a little clearer. I am trying to Tie this in with IIS (I am not opposed to using Apache) if I can just get the thing running.

We are currently running FMS 3.0 and I am in the process of trying to configure FMS 5.0.

Any help would be much appreciated.
