I would like to build an AIR client that enables selection of images and sound from the client machine with a resulting FLV file as output. Can this be done easily without having the flash media server ?

P.S. Will the AIR client ever be able to record both the video and the sound, on the local machine without having to do so over the nexwork ?

    I don't have an answer for you but given the date of your posting you might have a solution already. I have a similar requirement and would like to know if you could give me some direction? Any information is appreciated. Thanks!!
