start http multibitrate in real time how?

hello,

iam having  big problem I managed to run a  multibitrate http streming but when I try to connect to the stream the strea starts from the beginning not at the time iam streaming at

if I opend a browser and connect to watch the stream 3.00 it starts at the beginng which was 2.20

how to solve this ?
