Stream Live Media (HTTP) not ok via videoplayer.html

I am using AMS 5.0 starter edition running on Windows 2008 R2 SP1.

From the videoplayer.html, when the stream URL is "rtmp://10.40.102.91/livepkgr/livestream", no problem to get the live stream traffic via RTMP.

However, when try to replaced with protocol as  HTTP as "http://10.40.102.91/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m" mentioned in related doc, not able to see streaming traffic.

What wrong for abve HTTP URL?
