Streaming from Windows Media Encoder

Is it possible to setup flash media server to stream an audio stream from a computer locally running "windows media encoder"from port 8080?  We are currently using the windows media services on server 2008 to stream it outside our network but we would like to use our flash server to do this.  Or if there is just a swf we could make or use that would work also.

Thanks

Blake

You will need to convert your Windows Media content to one of the formats supported by Flash Player and Adobe AIR. Flash Media Encoding Server (FMES) supports video transcoding so you can deliver your Windows based content using Flash. FMES can transcode to Sorenson Spark, On2 VP6, or H.264 codecs. Find out more about Flash Media Encoding Server.
