Streaming is automatically stop even FMS is started

I am using FMS 3.5 it is runnnig fine but some time i am facing problem,

Some time streaming is working fine and even in Admin console i see the bandwidth Grapgh is growing up due to no. of connected users

but automatically it happen streaming is stop and bandwidth graph is going down till zero then i restart to FMS then streaming goes smoothly and working fine.

before restart i check FMS services it is started and also encoder is connected when i restart it goes smoothly.

What happen to FMS i don't know and i don't find any error in FMS log how to stop streaming even FMS is connected and started

Please  help me abiut this issue coz i am stuck on this stage some time after 10 -12 hours it stopand some time it stop 30 minutes.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using FMS. It is strange to note that the connections and the stream bandwidth coming down for no reason. Are you using the default live sample application that comes on FMS or do you have your own application ?


    Also, there are updates for 3.5 release that you can probably give a try to. Can you please take a look at the latest (3.5.6 I guess) FMS and see if you are still facing the disconnections ?

    Thanks for your reply,

    I am using my own application and i already installed the update 3.5.6 but no solution.

    Also I noticed that these days FMS usage is high as compare to previous days (shows in FMS admin console)

    Did you make sure that the connection management is well handled in your application server scripts ? There were other issues that we observed where the handling of connections on the server would be of very high significance.

    Did you also change the server configuration, especially the autoclose idle connections ? I forgot whether you already mentioned but did you take a look at all the FMS logs ?
