Streaming live IP web cams through streaming server...?

So here's the low down:

We (the university I work for) want to add an IP camera to the top of a building (so it has to be IP, we can't put a machine up there, so USB is out of the question) to stream a live view of the quad.  The problem is, I can't find a way to stream any IP Cameras through the flash live encoder.  I tried a camera by Axis, but their capture driver only supported MJPEG which the live encoder does not.

Is this the best way to accomplish what I want to do?  Has anyone else done something like this?

The Axis DirectShow Capture Driver available on the Axis site will work just fine in FMLE 2.5 (I think it bombed in 3.0). FMLE 2.5 is available on the Adobe site. It is designed for MJPEG and works fine for me. The biggest problem with it is that it is a one instance driver, meaning one Axis camera only, but that is what you said you needed. Should work fine.

IP cam streaming is just coming into its own...
