Has anyone ever encounter FMS disconnection when having users on satellite by Internet ?

    Satellite connection is crytical.
    An UDP protocol will be much better for Satellite than TCP,
    maybe there is some time-out problem or crytical packet loss.
    Try monitoring the connection with some tool.
