Streaming Server and viruses

I have a user who is concerned about getting a virus if they watch a video file online. It is my understanding that if we stream flv files from our Flash Streaming Server, the file itself is never downloaded to the user's computer, and therefore they could not get a virus watching flv's streamed from our server. Is this right?
