Streaming to Multiple Devices

I have AMS 5. I embed html object code (pointing to a manifest file on the AMS) on our community discussion board for viewing. Using from IE, Chrome, etc... view the videos without issue. However, iPhone, IPad etc... cannot view the videos. Can anyone tell me how to support theses different clients using just one manifest file? Or do I have to always create 2 manifest file?  Is there a way for the system to detect with manifest to use?
