I have Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server 3, Windows XP Media Center SP2 with a Vonage VT2542-VD Router. I am having trouble getting the video to go live on the website. I can see all on my pc. The website is www.wwcwwrestling.com if you want to see what I have done. I can view perfectly on the hosting pc but none other. I have a additional server with tiger domain and seems to be uploaded correctly there unless I might have not done it correctly. Anyone who can help, this will be very much appreciated.

I got it going now. I just added the 0 to the 1935 which made it 19350 and works fine now. Thanks for the help.

How and where do I find the RTMP address? This is the problem I am figuring.

Right. If you're viewing locally (looking at the site from the hosting pc), and you can connect to FMS, then FMS and the FMS application are working just fine. So, it means the problem is one of two things:

    1. You have a firewall or router preventing outside access to FMS
    2. You've used a local IP address (or localhost) as your RTMP address.

So, if you've used an internet facing IP or domain in your RTMP address, then it has to be either a firewall or router getting in the way of outside connections. Do you have a firewall on the hosting PC? Is there a firewall in the router? Have you set up port forwarding on the router to point port 1935 to the FMS PC?

Sounds to me like a firewall issue. Do you have port 1935 on the FMS server open to the public?

Thanks for the reply. I have the configuration that is default. I have been working on this issue for about a week now. Can play locally but not on the website. Could you give a breif how to make sure that the port 1935 is supposed to be. Thanks

Here is what I have so far.
