Sync Two Videos

Hi friends,

I do need your help, please!

I have two different videos which recorded by two different cameras. Now I have two sync these two video files in a way that they can play with the same start time!

(Imagine I have to measure the speed of vehicles in one road section which is 60 meters. I mounted one camera at one point to record the time of vehicles' arrival and the second camera was mounted at the second point by 60 meters distance in order to record the time of the vehicles' passing through. Now I need to sync these two videos like they can be played together at the same time!)
